SaaS content workflows from brief to publication

SEO Autopilot coordinates content work across site context, keyword research, writing, checks, publishing and measurement. A writer session is started deliberately. Content-plan slots describe publishing intent; they do not create articles by themselves.

  1. Establish site context

Verify a publishing connector and save Brand DNA: language, audience, voice, themes, exclusions and real author context. A signed receiver is available for sites with their own integration.

  2. Prepare and import a brief

Choose a pending or planned keyword. The brief includes available research evidence, source rules, internal-link candidates and the publishing path. Codex and Claude Code use the same article contract.

  3. Review, publish and measure

Import validates the article and computes deterministic checks. Blockers go to Review; passing articles can publish when the request allows it. Maintenance controls refresh search and analytics measurements when configured.

Example workflow

For a SaaS product with an existing knowledge base, prepare a brief around a relevant keyword and use the supplied canonical internal-link targets. Import the article after the writer session. If claim or quality checks block it, revise it in Review; otherwise the configured connector can deliver it to the site.

Requirements and limits

Checks support editorial review; they are not independent certification, legal advice or a promise of search visibility. Source access, connector permissions and measurement credentials remain site-specific prerequisites.
